Shipping Policy

Processing and Shipping Times:
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, orders will take 7-10 business days to process and ship. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey. We appreciate your patience as we ensure each item is crafted with care.

Domestic Shipping:
We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and delivery times vary based on your location.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order status shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check with your local postal service, as they are responsible for delivery. If you are unable to locate a package marked as “in-transit” or “delivered,” we recommend contacting your local post office or the carrier directly to file a claim.

Shipping Address Issues:
Street Disciple Clothing is not liable for any shipping address discrepancies, including lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all shipping and product information is correct before submitting their order. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order once it has been placed.

Delivery Issues:
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please file a claim with the shipping company. If the claim is unsuccessful, we may issue a store credit for the amount of the package after further review. Please note that this is handled on a case-by-case basis.
